PART I — GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Provisions applicable to products sold by Focus & Move.

Article 1 — Purpose and Scope

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (“GTC”) define the rights and obligations of the parties for the sale of products marketed by Focus & Move on its website, by quote, purchase order, or any other accepted contractual medium.

They notably concern laser shooting equipment, laser pistols, targets, kits, accessories, components, and electronic equipment offered for sale.

They may apply to consumers, non-professionals, professionals, and public entities, subject to the specific rules applicable to their status. Provisions expressly reserved for a category of Client apply only to that category.

Specific conditions expressly accepted, particularly in a quote, prevail for the points they derogate from.

Article 2 — Territory

Focus & Move markets its products in France and may accept orders for other countries, particularly within the European Union.

The acceptance of an international order may depend on the territory, product, transport constraints, applicable regulations, and Focus & Move’s ability to ensure delivery and associated service.

For destinations outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or local formalities that may be required are, unless otherwise stipulated, the responsibility of the Client.

The mandatory provisions from which a consumer benefits are not excluded by these GTC.

Article 3 — Products and Essential Characteristics

Essential characteristics are described on the product sheets, quotes, and documentation provided before the order. The Client must review them and remains responsible for choosing the product based on their needs.

Photographs, videos, and illustrations are for presentation purposes. Differences not affecting the agreed essential characteristics may exist.

Focus & Move may evolve a component, packaging, or technical element without substantially modifying the contractually agreed essential characteristics.

Offers are proposed within the limits of available stock and preparation capacities.

Article 4 — Online Order

The Client selects the desired products and verifies their designation, quantity, price, and applicable fees before validation. They have the possibility to correct errors before committing.

Validation implies acceptance of these GTC by means of the device provided for this purpose. A confirmation is then sent to the Client on a durable medium.

When an order is expressly subject to confirmation, availability verification, or specific conditions, its definitive nature occurs in accordance with the information communicated before the Client’s commitment.

Article 5 — Sale by Quote

The quote specifies the products, quantities, prices, any services, fees, and validity period. Its signature, electronic validation, the issuance of a corresponding purchase order, or any unequivocal acceptance commits the Client in accordance with the quote and these GTC.

Focus & Move may refuse or suspend an order for a legitimate reason, particularly prior payment default, suspicion of fraud, clearly erroneous information, unavailability, or impossibility of execution.

Article 6 — Price

Products are invoiced at the rate applicable at the time of order or acceptance of the quote. The media indicate whether prices are exclusive or inclusive of tax.

Transport, delivery, installation fees, or additional services not included are brought to the Client’s attention before the conclusion of the contract when they can be determined in advance.

VAT is applied in accordance with regulations, particularly depending on the Client’s status, the country of destination, and, where applicable, their intra-community VAT number.

Article 7 — Payment

The proposed methods may include bank card via Axepta, bank transfer, and, for eligible entities, administrative payment via Chorus Pro.

Payment due dates are those displayed at the time of order or specified in the quote and invoice.

Professional Clients. Any delay in payment incurs the penalties provided for in Article L.441-10 of the Commercial Code. Unless a different contractual rate is compliant, the applicable rate corresponds to the European Central Bank’s most recent refinancing operation rate plus ten points. A fixed compensation of €40 for recovery costs is also due; additional compensation may be requested with justification when the actual costs incurred are higher.

Article 8 — Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided by the Client, who is responsible for the accuracy of the information necessary for shipment.

Delivery times or dates are communicated before the conclusion of the contract when they can be determined.

Consumer. In the absence of an agreed date or deadline, delivery occurs without undue delay within the applicable legal period. Consumer rights in case of delay or non-delivery remain those provided by the Consumer Code.

Article 9 — Transport and Transfer of Risks

Consumers

When Focus & Move organizes transport, the risk of loss or damage is transferred when the consumer, or a third party designated by them other than the proposed carrier, takes physical possession of the goods. If the consumer chooses a carrier not proposed by Focus & Move, the corresponding legal rules apply.

Professionals

The terms of risk transfer are those agreed upon in the quote, order, or confirmation and, failing that, those resulting from applicable law.

Article 10 — Receipt

The Client is invited to check the condition of the packages, references, quantities, and apparent damage upon receipt. In case of anomaly, it is recommended to keep the packaging and contact Focus & Move promptly.

Professional Clients must also exercise the reservations and remedies provided by the applicable rules with the carrier.

The absence of reservations upon delivery does not deprive a consumer of the legal warranties to which they are entitled.

Article 11 — Consumer Right of Withdrawal for Distance Sales

When a contract legally grants a right of withdrawal, the consumer generally has fourteen days to exercise it without having to justify their decision. For the sale of goods, this period generally runs from the receipt of the goods by the consumer or a third party designated by them other than the carrier.

Withdrawal can be exercised via the online functionality when legally required, the form in the appendix, or any unambiguous declaration.

The consumer then returns the product within the legal period. Direct return costs remain their responsibility when regulations allow and they have been previously informed.

They are only liable for depreciation resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and proper functioning of the goods.

Article 12 — Refund After Withdrawal

In the event of a validly exercised withdrawal, Focus & Move refunds the amounts due within the deadlines and conditions provided by regulations, including initial standard delivery costs when they must legally be refunded.

Focus & Move may defer reimbursement until recovery of the goods or receipt of proof of their shipment when the law allows. Reimbursement uses the same payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise and without cost to the consumer.

Article 13 — Exceptions to Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply in legally provided cases when their conditions are effectively met, particularly for certain goods manufactured according to consumer specifications or clearly personalized.

The simple choice of a kit, quantity, or standard option does not automatically constitute personalization excluding this right.

Article 14 — Legal Warranty of Conformity

The consumer benefits from the legal warranty of conformity provided by the Consumer Code. For goods falling under this regime, Focus & Move is liable for defects in conformity during the applicable legal period, particularly for two years from delivery.

When the legal conditions are met, the consumer can obtain conformity by repair or replacement and then, in the cases provided by law, a price reduction or termination of the contract. Conformity occurs free of charge under legal conditions.

Article 15 — Hidden Defects

The Client benefits, when its conditions are met, from the warranty against hidden defects provided for in Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code and the remedies attached thereto.

Article 16 — Commercial Warranty

Focus & Move may offer a commercial warranty on certain products. Its duration, content, exclusions, and terms are specified on the product sheet, quote, invoice, offer, or corresponding warranty document.

It is in addition to legal warranties and cannot reduce them. A promotional extension is only applicable under the conditions and during the period announced for the operation concerned.

Article 17 — Exclusions from Commercial Warranty

Subject to mandatory legal warranties, a commercial warranty may exclude damages resulting notably from non-compliant use, shock, fall, improper handling, unauthorized intervention, clearly unsuitable storage, incompatible accessories, normal wear and tear, or an external cause to the product.

Article 18 — after-sales support, Durability and Repairability

Focus & Move equipment is designed to promote its longevity, particularly through its disassemblable and repairable nature.

This design allows Focus & Move after-sales support to diagnose the equipment and, when relevant, to disassemble, repair, or replace a component rather than systematically replacing the complete equipment.

It does not constitute authorization for the Client to intervene on the equipment themselves. Unless expressly instructed by Focus & Move, the Client must not open the equipment, intervene on the electronics, modify technical settings or the laser system, or perform a repair likely to alter the functioning or adjustment.

after-sales support: contact@focusandmove.com — 06 65 86 59 58.

Article 19 — Use and Safety

Products must be used in accordance with their intended purpose, instructions, and communicated guidelines.

When products are used in a school, sports, tourism, associative, health, professional, or event activity, the organizer remains responsible for their obligations regarding organization, supervision, and adaptation of the activity to its audience and environment.

Focus & Move is not liable for consequences exclusively attributable to intentionally diverted use or use clearly contrary to instructions, subject to liabilities that cannot be excluded.

Article 20 — Liability

Focus & Move is responsible for the proper execution of its obligations under the conditions provided by regulations. Its liability cannot be engaged for damage exclusively attributable to a fault of the Client, use clearly contrary to the intended purpose, unauthorized modification, or a force majeure event, subject to mandatory rules.

Between professionals. Subject notably to fraud, gross negligence, bodily injury, and mandatory rules, Focus & Move is not liable for indirect damages such as loss of operation, loss of turnover, loss of clientele, or loss of opportunity.

Article 21 — Retention of Title

Focus & Move retains ownership of the products sold until full payment of the price in principal and accessories, within the limits authorized by regulations. This reservation is independent of mandatory rules relating to the transfer of risks.

Article 22 — Any Digital Elements

When a product falls under the legal regime of goods containing digital elements, the specific applicable rules are respected, particularly regarding information, conformity, and, when necessary, updates.

PART II — GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RENTAL

Provisions specific to equipment remaining the property of Focus & Move.

Article 23 — Purpose and Ownership of Equipment

These General Terms and Conditions of Rental (“GTCR”) govern the rental of laser pistols, targets, electronic devices, kits, accessories, and other equipment designated in the booking or quote.

The equipment remains the exclusive property of Focus & Move throughout the rental period. No payment or rental period transfers its ownership to the Client.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Client may not sell, assign, pledge, or sub-rental the equipment.

Article 24 — Booking Request and Confirmation

When the process provides for it, the selection of equipment, a date, and a duration constitutes a booking request subject to confirmation. It does not alone guarantee definitive availability.

Focus & Move may verify stock, period, shipping and return conditions, Client information, and necessary financial conditions.

The contract becomes definitive after confirmation by Focus & Move, subject to any payment conditions or specific conditions announced before the commitment.

The confirmation and accepted GTCR constitute the contractual framework without the need for a separate paper contract, unless otherwise specifically agreed.

Article 25 — Client Information

The Client guarantees the accuracy of the information necessary for their identification, invoicing, delivery, return, and execution of the rental. Focus & Move may request objectively necessary supporting documents to secure the contractual relationship.

Article 26 — Duration

The rental is concluded for the period indicated in the booking, quote, or confirmation and does not automatically renew unless expressly agreed.

The equipment cannot be kept beyond the agreed date without an accepted extension by Focus & Move.

Article 27 — Price and Payment

The price depends notably on the equipment, quantity, rental period, accessories, services, and transport costs. Terms and due dates are communicated before the conclusion of the contract.

Payments can be made by bank card via Axepta, bank transfer, and, for eligible entities, Chorus Pro. The professional late payment rules provided in Article 7 are applicable to rentals.

Article 28 — Security Deposit

Focus & Move may provide for a security deposit for certain rentals, the amount and terms of which are communicated before the conclusion of the contract.

It can guarantee the return and justified amounts due for deterioration, loss, disappearance, non-return, or breach attributable to the Client. It does not constitute a limit of liability when the justified damage exceeds its amount.

After inspection, it is returned according to the announced terms, deducting any duly justified amounts.

Article 29 — Delivery and Provision

The equipment can be handed over directly or shipped to the agreed address. When Focus & Move organizes the shipment, it implements reasonable means to allow its availability at the beginning of the agreed period.

The Client must provide a correct address and make the necessary arrangements for receipt. Additional costs resulting from erroneous information, unjustified absence, or a breach attributable to them may be invoiced when justified.

Article 30 — Verification upon Receipt

The Client is invited to check the number and apparent condition of the laser pistols, targets, accessories, cables, power supplies, protections, and other delivered items before first use. Any anomaly or missing item must be reported as soon as possible after discovery, if possible with photographs.

Article 31 — Initial State and Inventory

Focus & Move may document the condition and composition of the equipment before shipment by means of an inventory, control sheet, serial numbers, photographs, or other traceability elements. These can be used to compare the condition before and after rental.

Article 32 — Custody and Obligations of Use

The Client takes care of the equipment and uses it in accordance with its intended purpose. They take reasonable precautions against shocks, falls, bad weather, theft, and disappearance, ensure adequate supervision, cease using equipment that clearly presents a risk, and inform Focus & Move of any significant incident.

Article 33 — Prohibited Technical Intervention

The disassemblable and repairable nature of the equipment is intended to allow its maintenance and extend its lifespan by Focus & Move after-sales support.

Unless expressly instructed, the Client must not open or disassemble the equipment, intervene on the electronics, modify the laser or its settings, replace an internal component, or undertake a repair. They must contact Focus & Move in case of malfunction.

Article 34 — Activity Supervision

The Client remains responsible for their obligations concerning the organization of the activity, its adaptation to the public, the practice environment, supervision, and guidance. The equipment must be used in accordance with its intended purpose and communicated instructions.

Article 35 — Breakdown or Malfunction

The Client informs Focus & Move as soon as possible to allow for diagnosis. Focus & Move may offer assistance, verification, replacement when possible, return, or any suitable solution.

A breakdown, normal wear and tear, or a defect not attributable to the Client is not invoiced as deterioration.

Article 36 — Deterioration Attributable to the Client

The Client is liable for deterioration attributable to them during the period the equipment is under their custody, subject to applicable law. This may include abnormal shock, a fall, non-compliant use, unauthorized intervention, clearly unsuitable storage, or negligence.

Normal wear and tear, inherent defect, a breakdown not attributable to the Client, or damage for which the Client is not legally responsible will not be invoiced as such.

Article 37 — Repair and Damage Assessment

When damage is attributable to the Client, the amount claimed corresponds to the damage actually suffered and may include diagnosis, parts, the reasonably necessary repair time, and necessary transport.

When the equipment is irreparable or not economically repairable, its replacement value is assessed proportionally, particularly considering its condition and age.

Focus & Move prioritizes, when technically and economically relevant, the repair or replacement of the damaged component rather than the complete replacement of the equipment.

Article 38 — Loss, Theft, and Disappearance

The Client informs Focus & Move as soon as possible. In case of theft, a police report or other relevant supporting document may be requested.

When the loss, theft, or disappearance is the Client’s responsibility, Focus & Move may claim compensation for the damage, taking into account notably the replacement value, condition, age, and directly incurred costs.

Article 39 — Cancellation Outside Legal Right of Withdrawal

Outside the exercise of a legal right of withdrawal or other mandatory provision, the cancellation of a confirmed rental may result in the following scale:

Cancellation before start Fees
More than 30 days No fees
15 to 30 days 25% of the rental amount
7 to 14 days 50%
Less than 7 days 75%
Equipment already shipped or made available Up to 100% depending on applicable conditions and costs incurred, subject to mandatory rights

These fees notably cover equipment immobilization, preparation, and incurred costs and must not result in disproportionate compensation.

Focus & Move may accept a postponement to new dates subject to availability. Specific conditions may be agreed upon before booking for long-term, seasonal rentals, or those involving a significant quantity of equipment.

Article 40 — Right of Withdrawal Applicable to Certain Rentals

When a distance rental contract concluded with a consumer legally grants a right of withdrawal and no legal exception is applicable, the consumer benefits from the right provided for in Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code.

They can exercise it via the legally required online functionality, the annexed form, or an unambiguous declaration.

Point to be validated by the lawyer: exact legal qualification of Focus & Move equipment rental, starting point of the period, and applicable regime when execution is requested before its expiration. No automatic waiver checkbox should be added to the checkout without corresponding justification.

Article 41 — Extension

Any extension must be requested before the scheduled return date. It remains subject to equipment availability, express agreement from Focus & Move, and payment of the additional fee. A request does not constitute acceptance.

Article 42 — Return

Upon expiration of the rental, the Client returns all equipment provided: laser pistols, targets, accessories, cables, power supplies, electronic devices, protections, cases or reusable packaging, and any item listed in the inventory.

It must be returned in a condition compatible with normal and compliant use, subject to normal wear and tear.

Article 43 — Return Organization

When Focus & Move organizes the return, it communicates instructions, the label, or collection arrangements. The Client uses suitable packaging, replaces items in their protections, and hands over the package to the carrier within the communicated deadline.

The Client is not responsible for a delay exclusively attributable to the carrier if they demonstrate having returned the equipment within the deadlines and in accordance with instructions.

Article 44 — Late Return

When the Client retains the equipment beyond the agreed date without an accepted extension, Focus & Move may invoice the additional occupation based on the rate corresponding to the period actually incurred, as well as any justified additional direct costs or damages.

If the delay prevents a subsequent, already confirmed rental, Focus & Move may claim compensation for proven direct damage within authorized limits.

Article 45 — Non-Return

Retention of the equipment after contract expiration never constitutes a transfer of ownership. Focus & Move may formally request the Client to return the equipment and, failing that, take necessary steps to obtain its return, payment of amounts due, and compensation for justified damage.

Article 46 — Missing Items

Upon receipt, the content can be compared to the initial inventory. In case of a missing item, the Client may be asked to check if the item remained in their possession and to return it within a reasonable period.

If it is not found and its disappearance is attributable to them, Focus & Move may invoice its reasonable replacement cost and directly incurred expenses.

Article 47 — Inspection upon Return

Focus & Move inspects the inventory, apparent condition, functioning, accessories, connectors, components, and, when necessary, technical settings within a reasonable period.

Certain malfunctions requiring functional testing, additional verifications may be carried out. In case of an anomaly likely to be attributable to the Client, relevant information for its understanding is communicated to them before any significant additional invoicing.

Article 48 — Normal Wear and Cleaning

No amount is invoiced solely for normal wear and tear resulting from compliant use. Its assessment notably takes into account the rental period, the age of the equipment, and its intended use.

Focus & Move handles routine maintenance and preparation between rentals. Exceptional cleaning made necessary by clearly inappropriate use or an abnormally soiled condition may result in invoicing reasonable and justified costs.

Article 49 — Immobilization

When deterioration attributable to the Client renders the equipment temporarily unavailable, Focus & Move may claim compensation for immobilization damage only if it is real, direct, and justifiable, and within the limits authorized by regulations.

Article 50 — Insurance

The Client is invited to verify that their professional civil liability or any appropriate insurance covers the rented equipment entrusted to them.

For certain rentals with particular value, duration, or context, Focus & Move may ask the professional Client, before confirmation and after informing them, to provide proof of adequate coverage.

Article 51 — Breakdown Not Attributable to the Client

When a breakdown not attributable to the Client occurs, Focus & Move implements, to the reasonably possible extent, a suitable solution: remote assistance, replacement, additional shipment, extension, credit note, or proportional refund for the effectively unusable part of the rental.

Article 52 — Seriously Inappropriate Use

When Focus & Move observes use presenting a serious risk of deterioration or clearly contrary to instructions, it may request cessation of the concerned use. In case of serious or persistent breach, it may request early return, subject to applicable law.

Article 53 — Sub-rental and End Users

The Client may not sub-rental, assign, or transfer the equipment to a third party without prior agreement from Focus & Move.

This prohibition does not prevent its normal use by employees, customers, vacationers, members, students, residents, participants, or other beneficiaries of the activity organized by the Client.

Article 54 — Rental Outside France

An international rental may be subject to specific conditions for transport, return, insurance, deadlines, or formalities communicated before confirmation.

The Client may not permanently transfer the equipment to a country different from the one agreed upon without prior agreement when this transfer affects transport, insurance, return, or use conditions.

The mandatory protections applicable to consumers are not excluded.

Article 55 — Closure

The rental is materially closed after return, receipt, reasonable inspection of content and condition, and settlement of any outstanding amounts.

Closure does not prevent the subsequent exercise of a right that arose previously when an anomaly could not reasonably be detected during the initial inspection, subject to rules of proof and limitation.

PART III — COMMON PROVISIONS

Provisions applicable to sales and rentals.

Article 56 — Acceptance and Enforceability

The Client acknowledges having been able to review the General Terms and Conditions before committing. On the website, their acceptance is materialized by the mechanism provided before validation.

The confirmation, accepted quote, confirmed booking, any specific conditions, and these General Terms and Conditions constitute the applicable contractual framework. Specific conditions prevail for points they expressly derogate from.

Article 57 — Electronic Proof

Confirmations, emails, accepted quotes, order or booking data, invoices, logs, and electronic records may constitute elements of proof of exchanges and operations under the conditions provided by regulations, without preventing the submission of admissible contrary evidence.

Article 58 — Archiving

Focus & Move retains contractual information and documents for the periods necessary for execution, legal and accounting obligations, warranties, claims, and defense of its rights.

When regulations impose specific archiving or provision of a contract, Focus & Move applies the corresponding rules.

Article 59 — Intellectual Property

Trademarks, names, logos, photographs, videos, texts, graphics, instructions, guides, documents, educational materials, digital content, and other protected elements remain the property of Focus & Move or their respective owners.

Sale or rental does not entail any transfer of intellectual property. The Client only has the rights necessary for the normal use of the equipment and materials provided.

Guides and activity books may be used for the Client’s activities in accordance with their intended purpose, but may not be reproduced, resold, commercially distributed, or exploited independently without authorization when such acts infringe on Focus & Move’s rights.

Article 60 — Documentation and Pedagogy

Guides, activity examples, programs, sheets, and videos constitute supporting resources. They do not exempt the Client from considering their audience, environment, specific rules of their activity, professional obligations, and safety conditions of the situation.

Article 61 — Personal Data and Cookies

Focus & Move may process data necessary for requests, quotes, orders, rentals, payments, deliveries, commercial relations, after-sales support, and legal obligations.

The collected data, purposes, legal bases, recipients, retention periods, commercial prospecting rules, cookies, and individual rights are detailed in the Privacy & Cookies Policy accessible on the website.

Requests regarding personal data can be sent to contact@focusandmove.com.

Article 62 — Complaints

The Client is invited to specify their identity, their organization if applicable, the order or booking number, the products concerned, and a sufficiently precise description of the request.

Article 63 — Consumer Mediation

To be completed after effective membership.
Envisioned Mediator: CM2C — Centre de la Médiation de la Consommation de Conciliateurs de Justice.
Insert here, after contractualization, the exact name, postal address, website for referral, and information communicated by the mediator. Do not publish CM2C as the designated mediator before effective membership.

Article 64 — European Consumers and Cross-Border Disputes

When a consumer resides in another Member State of the European Union, applicable cross-border out-of-court dispute resolution mechanisms may be used in accordance with current regulations.

The mandatory rights attached to consumer status remain applicable.

Article 65 — Search for an Amicable Solution

Before any contentious procedure, the parties are invited, when circumstances permit, to seek an amicable solution. This provision does not deprive any party of the right to seize a court, request an urgent or precautionary measure, or exercise a right subject to a deadline.

Article 66 — Applicable Law

These General Terms and Conditions and contracts concluded with Focus & Move are governed by French law, subject to applicable mandatory provisions.

Consumers in the European Union. The choice of French law cannot deprive them of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law that would be applicable to them in the absence of this choice.

Article 67 — Jurisdiction for Consumer Disputes

Disputes involving a consumer fall under the jurisdiction determined in accordance with applicable French and European rules. No provision of these General Terms and Conditions imposes a jurisdiction on the consumer in violation of a mandatory rule.

Article 68 — Jurisdiction between merchants

Subject to applicable mandatory rules, any dispute between merchants relating to the validity, interpretation, performance, resolution or termination of the contract that cannot be settled amicably shall be submitted to the competent courts within the jurisdiction of Focus & Move’s registered office, under conditions ensuring the validity of such a jurisdiction clause.

Article 69 — Local authorities and public bodies

Where the Customer is a local authority, a public institution or another legal entity governed by public law, the mandatory rules specific to its status shall prevail.

The terms relating in particular to the purchase order, invoicing, administrative payment via Chorus Pro and jurisdiction are applied in accordance with the Customer’s legal regime.

Article 70 — Force majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure to perform or delay resulting from an event meeting the characteristics of force majeure within the meaning of Article 1218 of the French Civil Code.

The affected party shall inform the other as soon as possible. The consequences of a temporary or permanent impediment are those provided for by applicable law, without prejudice to the consumer’s mandatory rights.

Article 71 — Hardship in professional relationships

In relationships between professionals, where an unforeseeable change in circumstances makes performance excessively onerous under the conditions provided for by applicable law, the parties may, in good faith, seek an adjustment of the contract in accordance with the applicable legal regime.

Article 72 — Severability

If any provision is declared null and void, illegal or unenforceable, the other provisions shall remain enforceable to the extent possible. The provision concerned shall cease to have effect only to the extent necessary.

Article 73 — No waiver

A party’s failure to rely on a provision on a given occasion shall not constitute a definitive waiver of its right to rely on it later.

Article 74 — Amendments to the General Terms and Conditions

Focus & Move may amend these General Terms and Conditions to take account, in particular, of regulatory, technical, commercial or organisational changes.

Amendments shall not apply retroactively to contracts already concluded, unless the parties agree otherwise or the law provides otherwise. The applicable version is the one accepted when the contract is concluded.

Article 75 — Language

These General Terms and Conditions are drafted in French. Where translations are provided for international activities, their contractual status and any rule of precedence shall be determined in compliance with applicable mandatory provisions and the customer journey actually offered to the Customer.

Article 76 — Effective date

These General Terms and Conditions take effect on August 23, 2026. For contracts concluded from that date, they replace any previous version with the same purpose.
