Get started.
Make progress.
Create.
This page guides you from the initial setup to the creation of your own activities: understand laser shooting, master the main practice settings and build an experience suited to your audience.
Shooting is the starting point.
Not the end goal.
The Focus & Move experience is based on a simple idea: combining precision, concentration and movement. Laser shooting can first be practised on its own before being gradually incorporated into a race, obstacle course, fitness exercise, relay or group activity.
Master
Start by understanding your position, aiming technique and shooting rhythm before adding further difficulty.
Progress
Distance, effort, time and instructions can then be adjusted to suit the group’s level.
Combine
Shooting ultimately becomes part of a broader sporting, educational or recreational experience.
Create your activity area.
No specific infrastructure is required. The stations can be installed indoors or outdoors and adapted to the space available.
Place them in a stable and clearly identifiable area.
Adapt the shooting line to your audience and objective, at distances of up to 10 metres.
Fire a few test shots before the activity begins.
Organise each turn according to the number of participants.
Master the technique before adding intensity.
Before focusing on speed, begin by establishing simple reference points: a stable position, a repeatable aiming technique and a controlled rhythm.
Once these fundamentals become natural, you can gradually introduce a time constraint or physical effort.
Find a comfortable and repeatable position.
Establish a simple reference point before taking the shot.
Focus on accuracy before speed.
One activity.
Dozens of difficulty levels.
Difficulty does not depend on a fixed programme. It can be adjusted by changing a few simple parameters, allowing the same setup to be used with very different audiences and objectives.
Move the shooting line closer or further away.
Introduce a time limit.
Adjust the required level of success.
Add movement or physical effort before shooting.
Change the rules, penalties or objective.
Build your own experience.
Once the fundamentals have been mastered, laser shooting can be incorporated into your own activity. It creates a break in the physical effort: the participant must slow down, refocus, aim and then set off again.
Biathlon
Alternate movement with precision-shooting phases.
Fitness circuit
Incorporate shooting into a training session.
Relay
Create team dynamics and participant rotations.
Challenge
Create rules, objectives and formats suited to your audience.
Repair rather than replace.
Focus & Move equipment has been designed for regular professional use and to support your activities over time.
A faulty component should not mean replacing all your equipment.
Our equipment is therefore designed to be fully dismantlable and technically repairable. The different components can be accessed, diagnosed and, where necessary, replaced separately.
This allows our after-sales team to work on the equipment and replace the affected component rather than the entire product whenever repair is possible.
This approach directly contributes to extending the equipment’s service life and reducing unnecessary replacements.
Repairable.
Maintainable over time.
Equipment designed for regular use.
If a problem occurs, the equipment can be inspected.
Our after-sales team repairs the affected component whenever possible.
The equipment remains in use without systematic replacement.
You use it. We take care of the technical side.
The equipment’s dismantlable design is first and foremost a commitment to longevity. You do not need to become a technician: whenever necessary, Focus & Move provides diagnosis, maintenance and repairs to preserve the system’s settings and performance.
One technology.
An experience for every audience.
You now know the essential principles. Discover how laser shooting can be integrated into your profession, your audience and your objectives.
